Room was clean, bed comfortable, and owners quite friendly. Location close to where I needed to be. Reminded me of my family home in the 1950s. Unfortunately the refrigerator was so noisy I couldn't sleep, so unplugged it. A/C was also loud but it was hot and I couldn't open any windows.
It was clean. I'll give it that, but otherwise, keep driving. The mattresses need to be replaced. The blankets had holes in them. The shower was like a kinked garden hose that will occasionally scald you. We had a room at the Normandy Motel in St Ignace the previous night for 1/3 the cost & it was far far better. It was 50 degrees and raining when we arrived, yet the windows were wide open. I presume this was to deal with an odor issue. One window could not be latched.
It's outdated but comfy. Just need a place to lay our heads. Perfect!
Room was very dirty and also smelt funny. There was mold growing inside the mini fridge. We ended up staying elsewhere and did not receive an apology or refund. Poor quality overall. Would definitely not recommend.

Not a good choice unless it is an emergency! Woke up to toilet running over everywhere....husband had to fix it. No one available ! Called for help....no towels left..to take a shower!!!!..as had to use to keep water back from carpet. So told older gentleman in morning. Seemed to be normal thing to him. Water smells like rotten eggs. Beds are very uncomfortable... :(
